I previously wrote about Wesley Cook – aka Mumia Abu-Jamal – the convicted, not alleged, cop killer of Officer Danny Faulkner here. The U.S. Supreme Court rejected Wesley Cook’s – aka Mumia Abu-Jamal – bid for a new trial. Unfortunately, a federal appeals court overturned his death sentence. Now it remains to be seen whether the convicted – not alleged – cop killer remains on death row or gets re-sentenced.
One thing is for sure, Wesley Cook – aka Mumia Abu-Jamal – has had more days alive in prison than Officer Danny Faulkner had in his entire life.
